Privacy Policy

Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), project type (optional), and the message you write. We do not collect payment information on this Site.
We also collect limited technical data automatically through privacy-friendly analytics (see "Cookies" below) once you have given consent — such as page views and general usage patterns — which does not identify you personally.
We do not knowingly collect personal data through the Site from anyone under the age of 16.
How we use data
We use the information submitted through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a working relationship follows, to communicate about that engagement. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Analytics data (collected only with your consent) is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve its content and performance.
We retain contact-form submissions for 12 months after the last correspondence, or as required to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Third parties
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Site and process contact-form submissions: an email-delivery provider (to send your enquiry to our team), and, once you consent, a privacy-friendly analytics provider. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their service for us and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The Site links to independent third-party products in its case studies (for example, live product URLs). Those products have their own privacy practices, which this Policy does not cover.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory data-protection authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with that authority.
